How long does it take to design a custom patch?
The design usually takes between 1 and 2 days. We send you a preview before producing.
Can I make changes to the design after receiving it for review?
Yes, you can make minor changes to the design after receiving it for review. We are here to make sure you are satisfied with the final result.
What is the material used in the manufacture of Velcro patches and keychains?
Our products are made of PLA, a rigid and resistant material, made from renewable resources and with the option of recycled components to contribute to caring for the environment. Please note that the colors are not reproduced in RGB or Pantone format, so there may be slight variations between the image sent and the final result of the patch.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are generally delivered within 48 hours of purchase. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order.
Can I cancel my order after making payment?
You can always cancel an order if the design/production process has not started. Send us a WhatsApp or a message through the contact form with the order number you would like to cancel.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
What is the accepted payment method?
We accept payments via credit card, Bizum, PayPal and Klarna.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of more than 10 units. Contact us and we will prepare a proposal for you.
